Keyboard doesn't open on chromecast

My Question or Issue

Hello!

I can't search for anything or even log in, because keyboard doesn't open on spotify. It does open on all other apps.

I tried restarting spotify and then the streamer and then tried removing and reinstalling. Nothing works.

Cant seem to find anything on settings.

Please help!

We suggest that you:

Perform a clean reinstall of the Spotify app instead of a regular one. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
Make sure your Chromecast software is up-to-date.
Make sure you have the latest version of Spotify in your device.
