My Question or Issue

I have a 2015 Mini Countryman. I don't have the fancy onboard system. I am able to pair and use my phone via the built in Bluetooth...but I cannot play Spotify on my car speakers. It plays on my device only. When I research online, I see solutions but those options on my device/settings don't seem to be present with my device. Can someone assist?

Thanks posting here in the Community! We'll gladly help you out.

If you're still experiencing this issue, could you give the steps in this guide for a clean reinstall a go? They are very thorough and make sure that no damaged leftover files remain that might be causing such connectivity issues. Make sure to also restart your device, this is a simple, but often overlooked step.

If that doesn't fix things could you try connecting to another Bluetooth device and share if everything works fine there?
