About two weeks ago I noticed that when listening to a podcast the volume would be very low. I keep it all the way up when listening in the car, so that was odd. At first I thought it might be an issue of the podcast recording quality.

After a few days of this happening, I figured out some things that cause the issue to occur. One is that when pressing either the 15 sec back OR forward buttons it toggles the volume from loud to quiet and vice versa. For example, if it is quiet, pressing 15 sec back/fwd will make it loud and pressing it again will make it quiet. I also found that it happened when using the seek bar to change listening location.

In this case we suggest you to perform a reinstall of the app to make sure that all old files that might be causing trouble are gone.

Also - have a look at our Audio settings on our support site here and if it's possible could you send us a video of what you experience so that we can take a closer look.
