Ads missing up

I keep getting ads where it says "watch this ad for 30 minutes of uninterrupted listening" followed by more ads. I just started my playlist with a ad for 30 minutes free followed by more ads then another 30 minutes free add followed again by more ads.

Sorry to hear that you're getting multiple adds. Next time this happens try watching the first ad with out skipping or tapping the screen. Also try logging out and back in and performing a clean reinstall of the app. Corrupted cache files may sometimes cause issues with the performance. Have a look at this guide for the relevant steps.

If after the clean reinstallation, you keep getting multiple ads tell us the following information:

Device make, model and OS version
Spotify OS version
What date and time (as precise as possible) you hear the ads
What were the ads about.
