My spotify on this device goes offline when I'm on mobile data but works on WiFi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not have this problem on my previous android phone on the same account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- uninstalling the app and downloading again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-logging in and out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- clearing my cache, closing the app then trying again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The troubleshooting steps you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add a few more.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We'd suggest you give &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more thorough than the usual reinstall. If you're using an SD card, you can remove it, reinstall&amp;nbsp;Spotify and then try running the app without the SD card.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you are using any battery optimization or power saving apps, you can deactivate them&amp;nbsp;for Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;
