Hey there @philbo2113,

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!

If you still experience this with your Autoplay feature make sure to run a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your mobile device. This will remove any corrupted data from previous installations and get you the most recent app version.

In case you see no change after the clean reinstall, try disabling any battery optimization or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.

Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

I have a spotify premium account and whenever I go to the gym, I play a short playlist I have entitlied "New Workout Playlist," and it does not operate the way it is designed based on settings in the app. It does not start playing related songs at the end of the playlist as I want it to do as a way to learn about new music and not have to listen to the same old **bleep** 5 songs on repeat in shuffle. Fix this or give me my money back!!!!!

Plan

Premium

Country

USA

Device

Razer 2 Phone

Operating System

Android 9

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue
