topic Cant play podcast offline even though its downloaded in Android

[Android][Other] Joe Rogan podcast not available

I can download the Joe Rogan podcast but whenever I try to play it says not avaliable in my country. I am in the USA. Also all other podcasts and songs work like normal so I'm confused?

I downloaded a couple joe rogan podcasts because I always have no cell reception. The video has the green arrow but is constantly buffering then says it's not available.
