Volume Decrease on android 10

I think after update to 8.5.75.766 the volume Decreased

I have samsung A70 android 10

I check all of spotify setting

And after that i test previous version in my friends a70 with same setting and see the volume is better than latest version

Please help i can't listen to my music at highest volume🥴😰😨

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

If you're still experiencing the issue, could you please try adjusting the Volume Level in the app settings and see if that makes a difference? It's a good idea to also log out and back in to your account after you change the setting.

If that doesn't dix things, it's possible that some of the app files have gotten damaged. This is usually resolved by performing a clean reinstall using these steps. They are more thorough and make sure that no leftover files remain.
