topic no music when offline.. in Android

no music when offline..

Hi there, i am currently using a samsung s3 for spotify. And whenever i turn on spotify on my mobile without internet, no offline songs are available. I have to connect to the internet to get up all my songs, and after i connect to the internet and all my offline songs are available, i can turn of th internet and listen to my offline songs freely until the application restarts.

Whyyyyy?! Thought that spotify premium, offline playlists didnt need any internet connection...

As a first step would you be able to try all of the steps in the android troubleshooting guide?
