It's a good idea to give &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;steps a go and run a clean reinstall. By doing that you can make sure the app is up-to-date and the cache is not causing this issue.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick, you can try with another network. If that doesn't help, you can try logging in to another account on the same device.&amp;nbsp;Does the issue persists?&lt;/P&gt;
