They are downloaded to the phone and have the green mark, and as recently as yesterday they played just fine. It seems I solved this. This was a few playlists I had downloaded a while ago. A lot of them were suddenly removed from memory and when I downloaded them again apparently the local ones were still in the cache and thus not downloaded.
