Spotify premium wall block?

Long story short, I keep trying to download one particular playlist and every time I do I get this lovely message.
I am an unlimited subscriber and I have been for the past year now. So I'm aware it will only sync local files on my desktop PC.

However everytime I try and click the download button on my Andriod application this comes up:

This wouldn't be a problem if I could download a single playlist via my desktop client. Which alas I cannot as it keeps syncing every local file I have which is in the range of 22gb which I'm sure you can see is a problem.

Any reason for this? Beginning to get annoying.

Would you be able to try all of the steps in the android troubleshooting guide as well as filling in the template?
