My Question or Issue

My local files won't sync to my phone. This only recently became a problem. Until a few days ago, I had local files as a part of a playlist that was synced (downloaded) to my phone and everything played fine. Now, none of the local files will play on my phone. I have tried every solution that I have seen in every post I can find. I have gone through the suggestions in this thread multiple times. NOTHING has worked. I am beyond frustrated right now. One of the reasons I pay for premium is for this feature. Please help!
