Unusably slow!!! Nothing will load

My Question or Issue

The app is unspeakably slow, to the point where I literally cannot use it. Everything I press, I just see the spinning green circle, and then "go online to see menu" (or whatever I pressed doesn't load at all).

All updates are downloaded, I've tried reinstalling a gazillion times, nothing works. At my wit's end.

Is there a solution other than cancelling Premium and going elsewhere? (I really don't want to).

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

The troubleshooting steps you've tried are very good. We'd like to add a few more. Can you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual reinstall.

If you're using an SD card, you can remove it, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD card.

If you have any battery optimization or power saving apps, you can deactivate them for Spotify.
