Yesterday Spotify stopped working with my Sonos. I have my Echo set up to play music through my Sonos speaker and now Spotify will not work. When I asked Alexa to play music through my Spotify app she says this device does not support Spotify. If I ask Alexa to play music on the Echo device it will work but to use my Sonos speaker as my primary speaker same response this device does not support Spotify. Tried all the normal troubleshooting rebooting everything uninstalling and reinstalling logging out logging in nothing is working.

Hey @T-Dogg,

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

In this case we suggest that you have the latest Sonos firmware and app version.

It can also be good to perform a clean reinstall of the app to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Keep us posted 🙂

Cheers!
