&lt;P&gt;Such issues are usually caused by some of the app files getting damaged. To that end, could you perform a clean reinstall of both Android Auto and Spotify and let us know if that did the trick? You can find instructions on how to do a clean reinstall of the Spotify app &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. Note that you'll have to download your songs again afterwards.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't fix things, could you log in to a friend or family members account and let us know if you can replicate the issue? We'd also appreciate a recording of what you see at your end. You can use the Insert Video option in the &lt;EM&gt;post editor&lt;/EM&gt;, just make sure to hide any sensitive info.&lt;/P&gt;
