My Question or Issue

My widget is always blank unless a song is actually playing. Is this intended behavior? I'd like to be able to restart my music without having to open up the app. That's why it's there.

Hey @FuriousStyles1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I think that's expected if the app hasn't been opened yet (for example, if the app has been force-quit).

Let's see if this happens if you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

When I took that screenshot, I had spotify open in the background.

Hey @FuriousStyles1,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Let's try this:

Log out > Remove widget > Restart device > Log in > Add widget again.

Send me a screenshot of what you're seeing after that (with the app open), and I'll take a closer look.
