My Question or Issue

When I enter spotify some images do not fully load this happens in images of artists or albums, the application is updated to the latest version and already clears the data, caches and I have already reinstalled the application and it still does not work.

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here.

Just to confirm we're on the same page - you did a clean reinstall using the steps here? They are more thorough than a regular reinstall and make sure that no leftover files remain.

If that's the case, could you log in with another account and see of the same issue comes up? We'd also appreciate it if you give it a go with a another network and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for the reply.

If the issue persists even when you're logged in with a different account, this means that it's connected to some of the device settings.

Could you try changing your device's text size option and see if that makes a difference?

It's also worth switching off any Battery optimization on your device. Open the Settings menu on your device and tap Battery. Tap the more button on the action bar at the top right, and choose Battery optimization. On the Battery optimization screen, switch to the All apps list from the drop-down to see all of the apps on your device. Tap Spotify from the menu and choose Don’t optimize to exclude Spotify from the list of optimized apps.

The problem goes on, but I found that if I use an old version everything works fine so this problem happens since the update of the new design came out
