My Question or Issue
Alright so, i've had local files for a couple of months now. They were working just fine at the time, and I was able to add them to my phone pretty easily. However, it doesn't seem like I can download them on my phone anymore. When I try to download them, the songs just have a little exclamation mark next to them, instead of the green download circle. I'm not really sure what I can do.

I did, I already know how to add convert the files from my laptop to my phone, but for some reason they still aren't downloading.

Thanks for getting back to us.

In that case we recommend that you delete all playlists with imported files and then start the whole process from scratch. If that doesn't fix things it possible that the app cache has gotten damaged. A simple fix for this would be to perform a clean reinstall on all devices using the steps here.
