My Question or Issue

I started experiencing issue with trying to download spotify from play store, and due to issue i was forced to download apk. I don't understand what happened since my phone is compatible with the new version of spotify. The error says "your device is not compitable anymore with this version". I never experienced this until now as I said. I don't know the issue if anyone can help i will appreciate it. And also i tried downloading from Amazon app store and still same error.

First, could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't work, try a different network connection.
