My Question or Issue

Hey Guys
I have the problem that I can't play music on my smartphone anymore, I can't download a playlist and my favorite songs are gone.
But on the PC everything works and I have the latest version and enough memory.
I also tried to reinstall the app and log in again.

Could you try a more thorough clean reinstall of the app following these steps? Also, make sure you're logged into the right account.

And to confirm, this only happens on the mobile device? You see all of your songs and you can play music on your PC?

Exactly, everything works on the PC. I have reinstalled the app on my cell phone but nothing has changed.

Hey @Yourcraft06,

Did you perform the reinstall using the link I provided in my last reply? It's different than the standard reinstall.

Can you also confirm the device this happens on, as well as the software version currently installed? You can also send me a screenshot of what you're seeing and I'll take a closer look at this for you.
