Upgrade scam?

There is an add on YouTube about upgrading Spotify for free. I followed the link to a legitimate looking website, but I want to be sure this is the real deal. The website is:

What really makes me suspicious is that they ask you to download two other apps and run them for 30 seconds as a verification process. Is this really from Spotify?

That site is not a legit Spotify product for sure. To get Premium, you should go to the official website. It's never safe to share your personal info on shady websites.
