&lt;P&gt;Good job on checking first whether or not a reinstall solves the issue, in most such cases it does.&amp;nbsp;Just to confirm, have you tried a &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;clean&lt;/A&gt; reinstall of the Spotify app on your device? We recommend the steps in that guide, as they’re very thorough and make sure no damaged leftover files remain. Make sure to also restart your phone, this is a very effective, but often overlooked step.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't fix things, could you try using another network or a friend or family members account and see if the songs play as expected then?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Spotify does not work anywhere on S8+</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung Galaxy S8+&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is that Spotify will not play any of my songs even though it can search them up it remains at 0 seconds without ever starting. I had a laptop connected, added spotify to the list of permissions given by my firewall as I saw suggested and didn't change the issue. I then logged out of all my devices deleted the app reset my phone and tried again with no success. I kept digging through the suggestions where I verified spotify had all the permissions of storage, battery optimization turned off, veriefed all the settings made sense in the application, cleared the cache&amp;nbsp; and deleted my account off any other device of which Spotify runs perfect. My phone on the other hand runs every application smoothly it is solely spotify that is the issue. Any recommendations?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
