Buen día.

El motivo es que no he podido ver la letras de las canciones incluso cuando están disponibles en esa canción,lo digo porque he intentado con 2 cuentas diferentes poniendo la misma canción y en mi cuenta no me aparece.siempre me han dicho que solo algunas personas pueden utilizar esta función pero, literalmente todas las personas que conozco y tienen spotify tienen esta opción disponible. Cabe resaltar que es una opción que ocupo mucho y no la he podido utilizar.

Could you try to log out > close the app > log back in twice?

If that doesn't do the trick, it would be great if you can let us know which version of the app you have.

Can you let us know which country you're in?

It would also be great if you can try with a clean reinstall to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

Also - does this occur on one specific device or multiple devices?

Same happens to me, I already did a clean reinstall and still the same.
I have the latest version 8.5.89.901
I'm in Mexico.
This occur in in all the divises I log in with my email.
