Spotify Keeps Pausing

This is on all of my devices (Android tablet, phone, and Windows Laptop), using internet connections provided by xfinity and AT&T, and happening both while I am and am not using a Bluetooth connection, so I've pretty much narrowed it down to an issue with Spotify.

My Spotify keeps pausing randomly. Sometimes it is several minutes between these pauses, sometimes less than a second. It resumes when I hit play on my device (or if I'm using a speaker/headphones with some method of pausing/unpausing, when I unpause it on them). This issue is temporarily resolved whenever I go onto Spotify on my desktop and click the button to log out of all my accounts, and then log back in. By temporarily, I mean that this works for anywhere between half an hour to about 6.

I am frustrated. Obviously, this process of logging out and logging back in is better than having my music pause up to a few dozen times per song, but it is by no means a permanent solution. What's going on?
