&lt;P&gt;If you have an SD card we suggest that you &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;uninstall&lt;/A&gt; the app &amp;gt; turn off your phone &amp;gt; take out your SD card &amp;gt; turn on the phone again (without the SD card) &amp;gt; &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;reinstall&lt;/A&gt; the app.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It's also good to double-check that the operating system is up-to-date and make sure the&amp;nbsp;device has enough storage space.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't do the trick - can you log in with another account on the device - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Samsung 20+S spotify stops randomly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On Wednesday, November 25, my spotify account would stop randomly while playing songs and would stop multiple times during a song on my Samsung 20+S.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done the clean reinstall which did not fix the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have done a clean reinstall on my desktop and it is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have removed myself from the family plan and done a reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It continues to stop if I am on wifi, using data or on bluetooth.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have version 8.5.87.921 for spotify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is a Galaxy S20+ 5G, model # SM-G986U, android version 11, kernal version 4.19.113&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Family Plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;USA&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My phone is a Galaxy S20+ 5G, model # SM-G986U, android version 11, kernal version 4.19.113&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iOS 10, Android&amp;nbsp;Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Samsung Galaxy S20 and Airpods Pro, with any other application this does not happen, is also worth mentioning that with other Bluetooth headphones is working without this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you haven't tried reinstalling the app yet, we suggest that you follow &lt;A href="https://community.spotify.com/t5/Spotify-Answers/How-can-I-perform-a-clean-reinstall-of-the-app/ta-p/4746485" target="_blank"&gt;these&lt;/A&gt; specific steps to do so since this process is more thorough than the usual one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Lastly, we'd like to know if it has never worked or if the issue started happening after a specific event such as an update.&lt;/P&gt;
