Artist page not loading

My Question or Issue

Some artists (especially audio books) can't be selected in the Android App. I search for "Die drei ??", click the artist result and see a loading screen. Even after some minutes the loading screen is still visible.

I tried this on two devices and the issue is the same. Additionally I tried it on various Wifi Networks and with mobile data.
