My Question or Issue

All my years that Ive spent following various artist around the world are gone. the app counts no artists that I follow. what happened? I feel cheated and disrespected.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're sorry to hear this. We're happy to help.

We suggest that you perform a clean reinstall to make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

It would also be great if you can try with another internet connection.

Also - can you have a look at this article to make sure that you don't have multiple accounts?

If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?

Maybe this will help - I just had the same issue where both my Android and PC apps showed an empty list today. I'm not sure what exactly fixed it but they're back now:

- First I searched for one of the artists and it showed I was following them - I unfollowed and followed again and it then showed just that ONE artist in my artist list.

- I tried logging out and back in again 2 times to trigger a sync (as a I read elsewhere) - this didn't seem to fix it (or not right away).

- I logged into the Web Player and saw they were all listed there as normal. I checked back in the Android and PC apps and they were all back again.
