I am using TaoTronics headphones and cannot play the previous track.
No problem for the next track.
The seller asks me if Spotify supports AVCRP and which version?

First up, we suggest that you run a clean reinstall to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Additionally, could you let us know if this happens over 3G/4G, WiFi, or both? Can you try using a different connection to see if that makes a difference?

Also, would you mind trying to use your headphones with a different device to check if the issue persists?
