Android 10 - Spotify not recognizing SD card - how do I resolve?

First apologies if this is the wrong forum, I did not see any other option to post in other Spotify forums. Under Storage in the Spotify menu, I do not have an option to save downloaded songs to my SD card. My SD card is recognized by other apps. Any suggestions for how to get Spotify to recognize it?

No problem, we are here to help.Have you tried a reinstall or a clean install of the app? It tends to solve all such issues. Also, make sure to give Spotify Stoage permission.

Along with the steps that @user-removed has suggested, you can also make sure that your SD card is formatted as external storage and that you check it for errors.
