Folder wont delete on app, not showing on computer or online

My Question or Issue

I have been having an issue for months and I can't find a way to fix it. Its like my Spotify phone app won't sync with Spotify on computer and online. I have a random folder called sleep that I can't move playlists out of but I can't do anything with the folder either. The playlists shouldn't be in there and I just want to delete the folder. Please help. Ive signed out, deleted and re-download app, and restarted phone but nothing works.

Are you using an SD-card on your device, and if you do can you check it for errors?

It's possible that this might be caused by an issue with your device's cache. Not to worry, performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here should help solve this.

Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards. And you're using an SD-card we'd recommend taking it out when you reinstall.
