My Question or Issue

I have spotify for many years my account is old, I realized that lirycs is only available in moderately new accounts, how is it possible wie they do not enable this function for old users, it is not the region, it is not an application because I already did everything what I caught on the internet, and nothing works and do not expect me to change my account and change my subscription, I need a quick solution, thanks

Thanks for reaching out. We'll gladly shed some light on the situation.

The Lyrics feature is still in it's test phase and not all accounts have access to it. You can try to create a new account with a different e-mail address or through Facebook and check if you can see the Lyrics feature on it. If it works on the new account you can copy your playlists from the old account using the steps here.

We're afraid that we don't have a timeframe for when the test phase will be complete yet, but keep the update and feel free to subscribe to this and this idea.
