If this persists after a simple reinstall you might also need to try a clean reinstall since it's more thorough in removing corrupted data. Check out this help page on how to do this.

Another thing you can try is checking for battery optimization settings or data cleaning apps that run active on your device. Such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity so make sure you disable them. We also suggest accessing the app settings and enabling all Permissions for Spotify.
