My Question or Issue

sometimes spotify doesn't have the certain songs i like so i have to download it from kissvk.com (website for downloading music from VK). recently i found out about "local files" on spotify and it worked, but only on my phone for some reason. then a few weeks or months later most of the songs stopped being available on BOTH devices. i dont understand why it has to be so complicated, why cant you guys just be like google music and have downloaded music on all devices be automatically saved on the app? not everyone has an access to a computer.(thankfully i do)

anyways please fix this. ill attach some screenshots to show you.
