    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just did what you said but unfortunately it didn't work. This issue also occurs every time I change to new a song by the way. I don't know why this happens but is really annoying to watch a video on Facebook in order to fix the audio quality. I thought maybe this could be related to Realme's firmware considering I haven't had this issue with other phones I owned.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for trying to help nevertheless.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Every time I start to listen to a song the sound quality is really bad (low volume).&amp;nbsp; It's weird because when I open up Facebook and watch a video there and then listen back on Spotify the audio just fixes itself so I understand that this isn't a hardware issue. Hopefully this can be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This one is more thorough than the usual one.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Then, we suggest that you make sure the Data saver is off and that you've restarted your phone to sync up the changes.&lt;/P&gt;
