Spotify not playing over Bluetooth

Hi,

The last few days Spotify will not play over the Bluetooth in my Ford Fusion. I brought my vehicle to the dealer and my Sync system is up to date, and other Bluetooth features of my phone are working correctly.

Any ideas on how I can get Spotify too play over Bluetooth in my vehicle? If this doesn't get resolved I'll have to cancel and switch to Google Play which has no current issues playing over Bluetooth.
