Spotify plays random music

My Question or Issue

Hi, since some day as I open the App Spotify starts to play random music. And if I start to play some song, then after some second it stop to play it and starts to play something else.

I have tried to do a clean reinstall + log off all the devices + bluetooth is off + auto-play off + notifications off + change my password but nothing change.

Please provide support because is not usable at all.
