    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;United States&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung A51/Windows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 10/Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the title says, I am unable to download the local files on my desktop to my phone.&amp;nbsp; This was working a couple weeks ago on my old phone, a Galaxy S7 which had some hardware faults so I had to upgrade, so I am unsure of the problem.&amp;nbsp; Whenever I try to download the playlist, all the songs just get a gray exclamation point next to them, the app gives a message that says waiting to download for about a second and then that goes away and nothing is downloaded.&amp;nbsp; I can use the phone as a remote for the computer, but if I try to play the songs on the phone through the connect function, the songs just stop.&amp;nbsp; The desktop has always been connected to the network via an Ethernet cable, and like I said it worked fine before so that's not the issue.&amp;nbsp; I've completely reinstalled Spotify on the Desktop, I've made sure the phone is connected to the network, I've restarted the phone, I've even made a completely new playlist and tried downloading that, it still doesn't work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, after posting this, I realized I never tried reinstalling the app on the phone, just did that and the playlist syncs flawlessly now, sorry about that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
