Music Undownloading

Hi all

I've been having an issue with my downloaded music for the past week or so. I download a playlist the night/day before and will go to use it the next day only to come back from work the next day to find my music undownloaded with the playlist attempting to redownload all over again.

I've updated the app, I've undownloaded it and redownloaded it multiple times, but nothing seems to fix the issue.

Just to confirm, have you already tried double-checking both your device's operating system and app are up-to-date, clean-reinstalling the app and clearing your device's cache before testing this again?
