Keeps redownloading everytime I open the app

My Question or Issue

After the latest update, everytime I open the app, it keeps showing the downloading notification, even though the progress is already at 100%. Now somehow this issue caused Bixby Routines no longer able to play a playlist as per my observation.

I have tried clearing the cache, clearing the data, and even reinstalling but somehow the issue is persistent. This doesnt seem to happen with my Note 8 running Android 9.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

Just to make sure, did you follow these specific steps for a clean reinstall? This is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any corrupted files that might be causing trouble.

If that didn't do the trick, if you're using an SD card, try removing it and restarting the app without it.

Lastly, we'd like to know if the same happens when using a different Internet connection.
