samsung free trial

hello

i have bought galaxy note 20 ultra 5g

it should have a 6 month trial premieum for spotify

but i couldnt activate it. so i unistalled and reinsalled spotify.

and i still can not start my free trial.

pls help. what should i do?

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community.

Could you let us know what happens when you click the in-app Premium symbol? Do any error messages pop up? We'd appreciate it if you send us a couple of screenshots of what you see at your end, especially of the app app home screen after you log in. You can attach them to your post via the Insert Photo option in the Post Editor.

Keep in mind that both the Spotify app and your Android OS have to be updated to the latest version for you to be able to activate the trial. You can learn how to do this for Spotify here.

Actually I couldn't find premium in app symbol.

I checked here to change plan to 6 months trial. But it wasn't there.

My both spotify and android os are updated.

I guess if I find premium in app symbor, my problem would be solved. Pls help me find it.

Could you also send us a screenshot of how the account overview page appears? Just make sure that there's no sensitive/private info visible. We'll look into this further.

Could you also let us know if the account was on Premium before or if you've subscribed to Premium in the past?

I never have been on premium plan. Even I still can activate 1 month free trial (which everyone can do it once)

Could you try these steps and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one.

If there no changes, could you give the steps below a go and share with us the device number? We'll investigate this further.

Settings > About phone > Model number
