Music Library not refreshing on car

My Question or Issue:

Since few months I still have this problem : when spotify is connected via bluetooth first song and artist is correctly displayed on car screen. Unfortunetely with new song information are still the some (old song name and artist) only time of played song correct.

Car software is still the some. Phone system was updated (hard to say if it was connected). I tried with two different phones and two different cars (the same problem). So it shouldn't be car or phone problem. Spotify was reinstaled and bluetooth cache was cleared.

No idea what to do.
