How do I organize downloaded items in folders?

I would like to organize my downloaded playlists on my android device. I already got my playlists organized on my PC with making folders. My android device synchronizes my folders with my PC, but not the downloaded files for playing offline. Spotify put that in Downloaded Items above my regular (online playlists).

The Downloaded playlists can't be re-ordered, I'm afraid.

That's to bad, cause i realy like spotify even on my android device.

The quality of the music is very good, the player is good.

Can it be fixed in the future, because it is realy unorganized right now.

And I realy want to play everything offline on my android device. Online it is a killing for my battery level.

Please Help me to fix it
