Hi,

I've been using spotify for a long time now but never got this problem.

When I started listening on spotify some days ago I suddenly realized that the music was a little weird. I listened to some music and I found out that the music was not of rich quality even though I have turned on high quality streaming and sometimes when there were a lot of instruments in the song, they would just become very bad and mixed and it all sounded like a mess. I tried switching between low and high quality to see if it's just my imagination (because I had not listened to music I a while) but I didn't hear a difference at all.

I came on spotify community and searched for a article on this.

I found that there were a lot of them but no one was answered. Some just told to delete files everytime I had to use spotify.

TO PROVE THIS I used my laptop and played my Playlist which I had played on my phone before, switched to high quality and I suddenly felt that the quality was much better.

FYI I used the same headphones and there is no chance that my phone Bluetooth is too low.

I think there could be a bug but I'm not sure.

Hope anyone responds soon,

Shabd
