Ads getting ridiculous, nonstop ads

My Question or Issue

After pressing the button for '30 minutes of ad free listening' and making sure the video is up and able to be viewed, ads continue playing basically every time. Most recently the ad break was followed by another prompt to watch a video for ad free listening so I tried again and it launched yet another group of ads. I just listened to about 5 minutes straight of ads and no music at all. This is ridiculous. Is this happening to anyone else?

We recommend you log out everywhere and run a clean reinstall on all your devices, this involves deleting the cache files of the app and will force a account wide resynchronization of your info. You can have a look at this guide for the steps relevant to each device.
