App crashes when navigating my library

My Question or Issue

When i click on "my library" the Spotify App crashes. I already reinstalled, rebooted and cleared chaches. The S21 Plus does not have a SD-Card. I use the current version 8.6.20.1063. Power optimization has been turned off and all permissions has been granted. What can i do to solve this issue? Also, the last update of Android OS is applied.

Just had a chat with Spotify. My Account was corrupted, they created a new account and transferred my data and everything works fine.
