Will Android users get the refreshed UI that iOS users got?

My Question or Issue I

In late February last year, Spotify introduced a new UI design. I would like to know if Android users will get this UI update because it has been more than a year since the UI update was introduced. I also think it would be nice that Android gets the swipe to queue feature. I think all platforms should be treated the same, especially if people pay $10 a month to stream audio. It seems like iOS is treated better than Android.

Spotify is often testing and launching improvements and new features. This means you might see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or get a new feature to try temporarily.

I'd recommend keeping your app up to date following these steps, and there is some more info about this here.
