&lt;P&gt;It's a good idea to check if the volume changes on another device. We'd suggest you also check if Volume level is set to Loud or Normal on app's Settings.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did this happen for example after an&amp;nbsp;update? We'll look into this further.&lt;/P&gt;
