Why does it take so long for this app to start???

This app has gotten worse and worse over the last few months. In the last few weeks it took me about 5 minutes to start up the app on my phone. After that it took another few minutes to load my playlist or locate a song. A lot of the times it shows that I don't have any internet connection, when I clearly do, because I can use other apps that require a connection. These issue occur both on mobile data and WiFi. Today was the worst ever, after 15 minutes the songs still wouldn't play and I still couldn't navigate through the app.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?

We also suggest that you double-check so that you have enough storage on your phone.
