    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey Siri doesn’t work anymore after I turned on hey Spotify. I turned off hey Spotify but it still doesn’t work if I am using Spotify.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Samsung Note 9)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Android)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;I say Hey google play music.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;I have it set to work when the screen is off. It is just fine, it starts playing a song for me using Spotify.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;But then the assistant stops listening to me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="_1qeIAgB0cPwnLhDF9XSiJM"&gt;Anything I say, next song, or even hey google is not heard by the assistant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
